Plan Time For The Annual Rib & Chili Challenge. All Size Will Be Cooking As Well. Join Us.


The Rib & Chili Cookoff...just to clear the air...is a contest. Each Chili contestant cooks up 3 gallons. There is a people's choice tasting/voting that starts at 1 pm...and ends when the 200 tasting kits are sold and/or they run out of chi...li. It always goes fast so come early. There is no rib tasting due to the costs involved. There is a food vendor on site for purchasing ribs or chili (plus other food). We also have 24 restaurants for your dining needs. It's a fun day any way you look at it...come on down and enjoy!

Come out August 4 for Vacaville's Rib/Chili cookoff!!! I will be competing with 14 others, so come out for great food, friends and of course music! - Colleen
